Arrest- Police responded to the area of Lafayette and the Boulevard for a report of a disturbance at a residence. Officers arrived and spoke to the caller who stated a male household member had assaulted her and fled the residence. Officers gathered all the information needed to generate a report. A warrant was issued for the subject and was located by police and placed under arrest, He was processed at police headquarters and charged with assault and lodged in Ocean County Jail.
First Aid- Police and Tri-Boro First Aid Squad responded to assist a patient experiencing trouble breathing. Officers and EMS arrived and began to assess the victim at the scene. They were later transported to Community Medical Center for further treatment.
Fire- Police and the Seaside Park Volunteer Fire Company were dispatched to the area of 4th and Ocean for a report of an electrical fire. Upon arrival the homeowner had already extinguished the power strip which caught fire with a fire extinguisher. The fire department still responded and checked the residence with their heat sensing equipment to make sure everything was safe. The residence was found to be safe.

Well Being Check- Police were dispatched to the area of Farragut and Lake Ave. for a well-being check on a resident. The caller stated that they were concerned for a resident and were afraid they were in need of help. Police were able to determine that the resident was inside and unable to get up on their own. Officers made forced entry into the residence and got the resident medical attention and had them transported to Community Medical Center.

Intoxicated Subject- Police were called to the area of Stockton and Central for a report of an intoxicated subject in need of help. Police arrived and spoke to the caller who was a friend of the subject. The individual was intoxicated and could not stand or take care of herself. Tri-Boro First Aid Squad responded and transported the subject to Community Medical Center for treatment.
Community Policing- Police were dispatched to the area of 9th and Central for a person in need of assistance. Officers arrived and spoke to the woman who stated they were having car trouble and was in need of help. Police at the scene gave her a safe ride home and could make arrangements to get her vehicle at another time.
Verbal Argument- Police responded to the area of Stockton and Central for a verbal argument between a male and female. Officers arrived and spoke to the individuals involved. The caller stated a female friend kept shouting and banging on his door after a verbal argument had occurred between them. Police were able to mediate the situation and both parties were separated for the remainder of the night.

Arrest- Police were dispatched to the area of H St. and Ocean for a report of a disturbance between household members. Officers arrived and spoke to all the parties involved. It was determined after investigating what occurred that one of the male household members punched another male household member in the face. The aggressor was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for processing. The subject was charged with assault and released.
