First Aid- Police and Tri-Boro First Aid Squad responded to help a patient experiencing back pain. The subject was assessed at the scene by Officers and EMS. They were later transported to Community Medical Center for further treatment.

Keeping the Peace- Police responded to the area of M St. and Central Avenue for a caller requesting police assistance in getting some of their personal belongings from their former residence. Officers arrived and spoke to the parties involved and stood by while the personal belongings were exchanged between former household members. The exchange occurred peacefully without incident.

Fire Alarm- Police and the Seaside Heights Fire Company responded to the area of Stockton and Ocean Avenue for a fire alarm activation. Officers arrived and did not observe any smoke or active fire. The business was checked by the fire department and was deemed safe. No further police action required.

Arrest- Police responded to the area of Decatur and Ocean Avenue for a report of a disturbance. Officers arrived and spoke to the individuals involved. After further investigation it was determined that one male and one female involved had damaged property of the other and both were placed under arrest for criminal mischief. The female was also in possession of narcotics by possessing prescription pills that did not belong to her which she was charged with as well. Both subjects were transported to police headquarters for processing.

Alarm- Police responded to the area of H St. and Bayview for a burglar alarm activation. Officers arrived and checked the perimeter of the residence and did locate an unlocked door. After further investigation two individuals were located inside the residence. After making contact with the homeowner, it was determined that both individuals had authorization to be there and that the alarm was set off in error.

 

 

Suspicious Person- Police were dispatched to the area of O St and Central Avenue for a caller who stated they saw a person on their surveillance system when all the units on their property should be vacant. Police arrived and checked the property and did not locate any trespassers. All the units were checked, and all doors were found to be secure. The homeowner was advised of our findings.

Theft- Police responded to the area of Farragut and the Boulevard for a caller who wanted to report a theft. Officers arrived and spoke to the caller who stated some items were missing from their residence when she returned home. Officers gathered all the information needed to generate a report. And the area was checked for any cameras that may have captured any activity. No further police action required.
