First Aid- Police and Tri-Boro First Aid Squad responded to a patient who had fallen and was experiencing leg pain. The subject was assessed at the scene and transported to Community Medical Center for further treatment.
Noise Complaint- Police responded to the area of Porter and Central Avenue for a complaint of a resident playing loud music. Officers arrived and spoke to the resident and advised them of borough ordinances and requested the music to be lowered. The subject complied, no further police action required.

Well Being Check- Police were dispatched to the area of Decatur and Ocean to conduct a well being check on a female who had borrowed a family members car and had not returned home for an extended period of time. Officers arrived and spoke to the female who appeared to be disoriented. She was offered medical attention, but she declined. Police gave her a safe ride home and secured the vehicle.
Carbon Monoxide Alarm- Police and the Seaside Park Volunteer Fire Company responded to the area of O St. and Boulevard for a carbon monoxide alarm activation. Officers arrived and made sure the occupants were out in fresh air. The fire department checked the residence with their equipment and located a possible malfunctioning furnace. New Jersey Natural Gas was notified and responded to check the issue.

Alarm- Police were dispatched to the area of 5th and Ocean for a burglar alarm activation. Officers arrived and checked the residence and did not observe any signs of forced entry. All doors and windows were found to be secure, and it was determined that the alarm was set off in error.

Arrest- Police responded to the area of O St. and the Boulevard for a report of a male and female arguing. Officers arrived and located the female subject. It was determined that the male physically assaulted the female during the incident. The male fled the scene prior to officers arriving at the scene. A warrant was issued for the male’s arrest and was arrested by another agency the following day. He was turned over to our agency and was processed and transported to Ocean County Jail.
