Dispute- Police responded to the area of 7th and Central Avenue for a neighbor dispute over work being done at the residence next to the caller. Officers arrived and spoke to both parties regarding the situation. Police were able to mediate the situation and the neighbors were advised to stay away from each other. Both parties were advised of complaint procedures if they wished to sign charges.

Alarm- Police were dispatched to the area of G St. and Central Ave. for a burglar alarm activation. Officers arrived and checked the perimeter and found no signs of forced entry. All doors and windows were found to be secure, and it was determined that the alarm was set off in error.
Agency Assist- Police were advised to check the area for a vehicle with a female inside who had allegedly planned to hurt themselves. Police located the vehicle in our jurisdiction at F St. and Ocean and began to speak to the female inside who matched the description given. The female would not get out of the vehicle and did appear to be under the influence. The female would not unlock the doors and put the car in reverse and attempted to drive away. Police at the scene broke the window and were able to get the vehicle stopped. The female was taken out of the car and turned over to the jurisdiction who was looking for her. She was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
Threats- While on patrol in the area of Lafayette and Ocean Avenue a male flagged down Officers and stated he was being threatened by someone he knew. Police gathered the information needed to generate a report. The subject advised police that a male that he was acquainted with threated to come and beat him up via text message. Police advised the subject how to proceed with charges if they wished to do so. No further police action required.

Keeping the Peace- Police were dispatched to the aera of M St. and Central Avenue to keep the peace while personal belongings were picked up from a residence. Police stood by while the belongings were exchanged to ensure that no verbal dispute erupted between the parties involved. The property exchange was completed without incident.
Disturbance- Police responded to the area of Brighton and Ocean Avenue for an intoxicated male who was shouting and causing a disturbance. Officers arrived and located the male who was intoxicated and acting in a disorderly manner. The subject was issued a borough summons for public nuisance and he went inside for the remainder of the evening.

Theft- Police took a walk-in complaint regarding a landscaper who had taken funds for a job that was agreed upon, but no work was ever completed. Police gathered all the information needed to generate a report. The complainant was advised how to sign charges if they wished to do so.
